On November 10th, our church will hold its Fall Fest and Silent Auction after the service. Building on last year’s chili cook-off, we have decided to include it in this year’s event. During lunch, attendees will have the opportunity to view and bid on auction items. Some of the proceeds will support MomCo and The Borderless Mexico Mission Trip.
Please join us on Monday, October 7th from 6:30 to 8:00 pm, at New Life Family Services. We will be serving our community by volunteering our time to a great cause! We will be bundling diapers together, as well as hearing more about New Life Family Services. A tour is available upon request.
Come and enjoy a Mexico-inspired night with the women of True Life Church. We will be serving delicious tacos for dinner, while we hear stories from some of the women who went on the Borderless Mexico Mission Trip last spring. We also will be making beautiful beaded bracelets and cards to send back to the women in Mexico. Daughters are welcome at this event.

Kids' and Women’s Ministry will host a fun arts and crafts day, specifically designed for moms with kids from pre-K through 12th grade (grandma’s are welcome too). Spring Women’s Retreat

True Life Women, join us on Saturday, March 5th at 8:30 AM for a breakfast gathering! This will be a time to catch up with each other and enjoy a delicious breakfast.
We will meet at Tavern 22 which is a new restaurant right off of Highway 22 or Circle Drive after the CMX Chateau movie theater. Everyone will order off the menu and pay for their own meal.
There should be plenty of room, but please sign up so we have an approximate idea of how many seats we will be needing. The sign-up will be on the Women’s Ministry table by the door.

Bridal Shower for Faith Sweeney
The women of the church are invited to join us for a Bridal Shower for Faith Sweeney on January 22 at 2:00 PM in the Fellowship Hall.
True Life Women, join us for a Merry Little Christmas Party on Saturday, December 4th at 10:00 am in the fellowship hall. Wear your festive clothes and come for food, fellowship, and crafts. There will also be cards available to purchase with proceeds going to Cy's Place. Please sign up at the Welcome Center for planning purposes. If you want to bring treats, please indicate this too.
Women’s Ministry is hosting a Porch Party at Ree Erickson's house Saturday, October 2, 10 am. Join them for a cozy, fall gathering at Ree Erickson's home for coffee and conversation. While it may not be on the porch, we will enjoy a morning of fellowship. Bring your pumpkin lattes if you want!
Day at the Orchard
The next Women's Ministry event will be Saturday,
September 4th, 10 am-Noon at Sekapp Apple Orchard.
If we get rained out of the orchard we will meet in the church fellowship hall for some apple sundays!
Women’s Ministry invites Ladies of all ages to a Park Party at Essex Park Saturday, August 7th from 10am-noon.
Women’s Ministry is having a wedding shower for Sarah Ruona and Alex Roberts on July 10th at 10:00 AM. The bride and groom are registered at Target and on Amazon.
New Baby Celebration
We are celebrating the new babies in the congregation by hosting a shower on Saturday, June 5th @ 10 AM in the Fellowship Hall. Gifts will be donated to New Life Family Services. Check the website for items that can be donated.

The Fall Women’s Retreat will work with COVID guidelines in place at the time of the retreat. The retreat will start Friday, September 25th in the early evening and go through Sunday morning. This will include a two-night stay and four meals. Bible study, service projects, crafts, games. visiting, and camp activities will provide a lot of fun and fellowship!
