The Gift Card Order Forms are found here.

We are continuing to have success buying and selling gift cards. When we announced this fundraiser, we named that in the future we would be able to expand the number of vendors to which people can do this through in the future. With the early success that we’ve had, we are now ready to do that.

In order to keep the shipping costs to a minimum we will be placing orders every Monday morning. If you wish to place an order, please note the following:

• All orders can be dropped off at the gift card tables on Sundays or by giving completed orders to Mark Johannesen

• We will have completed orders available for pick up the next Sunday t the gift card table

• Please include your payment with this order form

• There are many more vendors that we can add to this list. If you would like to see a list of vendors available, go to file:///C:/Users/loose/AppData/Local/Temp/BrandListNoGroup-1.pdf

• If you would like to have a vendor added to the order form, please let me know the vendor name and denomination amount

• We wont be advertising this to the church on Sundays, just our students and their families and their friends.
